Public Information Requests

The Public Information Request Form serves as a guide to ensure the needed information is provided by the resident for faster processing as well as catering to the needs of the custodian for basic record maintenance. The form also indicates to the public, the methods of acceptable payments, contact information for questions and the document processing fees deemed by the parish council. The custodian providing requested information will have 72 processing hours from the time of receiving the completed request, excluding holidays and weekends. As stated on the request form, payments must be received to process the request.
