This program provides assistance to residents interested in homeownership opportunities and to ensure affordable housing. It includes but is not limited to setting financial goals for home purchase, solving credit problems, determining an affordable monthly mortgage, budgeting, choosing a lender and/or financing a home, or working with a real estate agent. This program also helps families to remain in their homes to prevent homeless. These are only a few of the advantages of participating in this program. It is designed to help individuals achieve their goal of becoming first-time homeowners and to live in safe, decent, and affordable housing.
