The
Elderly Program provides a full range of services
for senior citizens (60+), including four senior
centers, congregate and homebound meals, outreach
and information, referrals, recreation,
telephoning/visiting the homebound,
caregiver/respite, visiting those in the local
nursing home and legal aid.

The
"CAREBREAK" for Seniors and Caregivers
Dementia Respite Center is designed to provide
relief to family members caring at home for a relative
with Alzheimer Disease or a related dementia
illness and to offer participants social and
recreational opportunities with an emphasis on keeping
the participants mentally stimulated.

medical diagnosis of Alzheimer's or a related
dementia.55 year or older. Ambulatory and continent.
Living with a family caregiver, must be able to
