This division of DHR is accountable for the
day-to-day financial operations of federal, state, local and charitable funding budgets. This includes but is not limited to cash
management records such as funds drawn, received and disbursed; preparation of quarterly,
monthly and annual reports; forecasting of revenues and expenditures.
