Edmond
Kinler is the Clerk of Court for St. James Parish. Mr. Kinler
started working in the clerk's office in 1961. He was elected
Clerk of Court on July 1, 1972 and has been serving the parish
since then. Mr. Kinler proudly served his country during the
Berlin Crisis. Mr. Kinler, his wife and three children reside
in Paulina.
